Sheila Sornsin
Board Member at Large
Sheila Sornsin is a health and wellness coach and speaker with emphasis in the mind/body/spirit connection helping people create their most authentic, rewarding and joyful lives. From her perspective, joyful living includes optimal health, prosperity, mindfulness, sense of community/connection and life purpose. She conducts classes and workshops to enhance these areas of one’s life including facilitating Vision Board Workshops at Canyon Ranch Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ. The Grateful Goddess also offers products to optimize health and a gift line designed to inspire and uplift spirits. Focused on a global mission for a true health movement, she collaborates with colleagues in alignment with the work of Dr Christiane Northrup. Sheila is a Certified Conscious Body Coach, Sanoviv Health Advisor, Certified Law of Attraction coach, and past advisory board member of the non-profit HAPPY organization (Healthy, Active, Positive, Purposeful Youth) . Sheila is a contributing author to the best-selling Adventures in Manifesting series, in the book, Conscious Business.
Emily Eldredge

Emily Eldredge of Emily International is a Leader Healer whose proprietary technique, The Drawing Out Process®, removes blocks, triggers, and blindspots and unlocks the 3 inner "emPowers" required to live a life of optimal productivity, purpose, and pleasure.  She has spoken at venues around the world, including twice at the United Nations, twice at British Parliament, and at two different TED events - one of which was the very first TEDx in a prison.  Aside from her speaking and private client work, Emily has helped founded or been on the board of a number of not-for-profits, including World Cares Center, Women in Film Dallas, the Intentional Community Corporation, and the Common Party - often in the role of visionary, brand designer, and ideaphore.  www.emilyinternational.com
Hannah Ebner
Board Member at Large
Hannah Ebner has a passion for helping people connect more deeply to themselves and to each other. She works in outreach and development for the Institute for Applied Meditation on the Heart, as well as in admissions at The Montessori Schoolhouse. In the evenings and on weekends she teaches Yoga and Heart Rhythm Meditation for embodiment, self-regulation, and spiritual growth. In the last decade she has taught at Montessori schools, volunteered with the Alternatives to Violence Project in prisons, and facilitated the Our Whole Lives Sexuality Education program for various age groups. She received her BA in English Literature from Carleton College in Minnesota, and her MAEd from St. Catherine University. In 2015 Hannah completed a two-year training in Heart Rhythm Meditation with the Institute for Applied Meditation and has continued to meditate, attend retreats, and teach community meditation classes since then. She also holds a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher certificate.
Annalise Castillo
Board Member at Large
Annalise Castillo is a proud Tucson native and graduate of the University of Arizona. In 2015, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences with an emphasis in Dietetics and minors in Biochemistry and Spanish. Her student job in athletic training with U of A Sports Medicine introduced her to the rewarding field of physical therapy, in which she immensely enjoyed her work following graduation. Annalise also spent a year exploring Australia on a work and travel visa, an experience which filled her with purpose, contentment, and a healthy dose of wanderlust. She is happiest when hiking, camping, practicing yoga, reading or spending time with her family and friends.
